10 Ways To Become More Organised

Is there a reason some women can find time in a day than others? These women are the ones organised with careers and children, the ones who are often asked, "How do you fit it all in?"
The above is a question the CTL team and friends often ask me as I squeeze such an enormous amount into each day.
There isn't a secret formula for this success, but you should do things to get you to where you want to go and for you to be who you want to be that we have shared below.

1. Make Lists

Successful women are extremely busy, and the only way for their day to run smoothly and for them to be organised is to make to-do lists.
By writing your lists, you won't forget things, you will work quickly to achieve everything on the list, and best of all, you will feel a sense of achievement with the list is finished.
Richard Branson always carries around a notebook to write lists and ideas, no matter how big or small.

2. Maintain Your Health

When you fall, everything around you collapses. To be successful requires a lot of energy. So you need to focus on balance, Mind, Body and Soul with your diet, exercise, time out to relax, book a massage or facial, and maintaining a proper sleep routine.

3. Know You Can

Believe in yourself. And even if you don't, fake it until you make it is a great way to learn. Confidence is half the battle to success. Don't listen to the knockers or the little voice inside your head.
Listen to your loving heart that knows you can achieve anything you set your mind to.

4. Surround Yourself With Positive People

Speaking of knockers, it's time to ditch them and find new friends who will support you in every aspect of your life. Find a mentor or coach to guide you, someone who you can look up to and show you the path. Employ people who are as enthusiastic about achieving as you are. Stand on the shoulders of giants and show your gratitude to them daily by always thanking them for their help and support.

5. Keep Learning.

Successful women know the importance of exercising their brains daily. Listen to others, read essential blogs, borrow or buy books to read. If time permits, sign up for an educational class or an online course.

6. Set Goals

Nearly everyone sets goals, but very few take action and follow through with the goals. Oprah Winfrey is one of the wealthiest women in the world because she sets clear and ambitious goals both personally and professionally. To become successful, Oprah says one must set goals and set them high.

7. Delegate

According to Anna Wintour, delegation is high on her list of attributes for success. Anna knows how to direct her team to complete the tasks to achieve the final products.
Do you think she does all the work to produce Vogue USA every month? To deliver the best magazine in the world requires a brilliant team with a fearless leader who knows the art of delegation.

8. Learn To Say No

"I think the best advice a mentor could have given me was, 'Jane, you know you can say no if the script isn't good." - Jane Fonda.
But as Jane admits, it took her time to say no, but success came her way more easily and effortlessly when she did succeed.

9. Make The Most Of Every Opportunity

Opportunity doesn't knock on your door every day, so it is essential to be open to every possibility that comes your way. Accept every business card, call the people who can help and listen. Be grateful for every opportunity that comes your way. Success isn't luck; it is taking action on all the changes that come your way.

10. Learn The Art Of Time Management

Being on time shows respect to you and others, who will take you seriously. Never waste a moment; make the most of any blocks of time you have so you can achieve what has to be done. Don't spend precious minutes on social media or chatting on the phone. With time, be rigid, and you will be amazed when you stop wasting time on how much you achieve.
