RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are pleased with your purchase. 
Please note:  Black Friday, Boxing Day and other discount sales: Refunds are not available unless faulty; exchanges or store credits only. Offer cannot be retrospectively applied to past or future orders outside sale window and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Excludes new arrivals and third-party products. 

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving your order. 

To be eligible for a refund (full-priced items only) or store credit, your item(s) must be returned in an identical condition to how you received it: Unworn, unwashed, free of bodily odours or fragrances and in its original product packaging. Returns that do not meet this criteria may be refused. We recommend wearing an undergarment for the first test fit to minimise skin contact.

If items are rejected, they will be returned at the clients expense.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of returning your order, but we recommend using a trackable service to ensure your item(s) reach us successfully.

FULL-PRICED ITEMS

If, for some reason, a product does not meet your expectations, you may return most full-priced items for a refund or store credit. The following conditions apply:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • Merchandise must be in perfect condition and not have been worn, altered, damaged or washed. Please be cautious of makeup and deodorant products, as any stained garments will not be accepted and will be returned to you at an additional charge.
  • Merchandise must be returned in original packaging, with all original labels, including shoe boxes and packaging, undamaged.

    Cazinc The Label reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the above conditions.

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed if approved, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment. This process can take up to 7 business days.
    • Please note, Cazinc The Label is not liable for the loss or damage of garments in return transit. We recommend returning the item via a traceable delivery method and keeping a record of all tracking details. We process all returns within two business days of receiving your return - please get in touch with your courier to follow up on tracking and delivery enquiries.
    • Please note all original shipping charges and import fees are non-refundable, and charges for returned items are the customer's responsibility. 

    EXCEPTIONS TO REFUNDS

    Our refund policy does not apply to the following:

    • Sale merchandise (including full-priced and sale items purchased with a sale code)
    • Final sale merchandise
    • Warehouse sale merchandise
    • Earrings and jewellery
    • Eyewear/Sunglasses/Fascinators
    • Shoes purchased in the boutique.  Online shoes need to be brand new with no marks or scuffs.  They must be tried on carpet only.

    Please Note: Shapewear, jewellery and sunglasses and shoes purchased in the boutique will not be refunded or issued for an exchange due to hygiene/sanitary precautions and standards.

    FINAL SALE

    If you have purchased any item at a reduced price, including a sale code, they are deemed ‘final sale’ items, and returns are as per below.

    • All sale items are not eligible for refunds, but we offer a store credit note.
    • If returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional shipping cost.

    RETURNS/STORE CREDIT PROCESS

    1. Submit a request for a refund or store credit.

    2. Visit our returns portal here to initiate your return.

      3. Follow the prompts to submit a return or store credit. You will need your order number and email address used to create your order.

      4. Once our returns team has approved your submission, pack your return in the appropriate shipping packaging and return it to:

      • Please ensure your parcel includes a printed copy of your return approval slip. 
      • Please note: if your item was purchased on a preorder, please email: info@cazincthelabel.com for your return instructions.

      PRE-ORDERS

      Cazinc The Label occasionally offers pre-orders on selected items for our customers to receive early access to securing our collections before they arrive. Please read each production description carefully for a guided shipping timeframe. Please note that there can be slight variables, and your item may arrive slightly earlier or later, depending on the stock’s arrival. 

      • If you have purchased a pre-order item, please continue to check your tracking number for dispatch and shipping updates.
      • If you are trying to initiate a return or store credit on a pre-order item, please email info@cazincthelabel.com for your return instructions.  Returns of pre-orders need to be within 7 days of the delivery date.
      • Please note, If you are ordering other pieces, they will all be sent out together when your pre-order piece is in stock. If you would like your in-stock items sent now, please order separately.

      EXCHANGES AND HOLDS

      Due to the high sell-through of stock and various departments, we cannot offer holds and exchanges. 


      If you wish to exchange for another item or size, we recommend you go through our returns portal and select store credit or refund (in accordance with our return conditions) and repurchase the new item separately.

      FAULTY ITEMS

      If you have received an item you believe is faulty, please contact our customer care at info@cazincthelabel.com with clear images and a description of the fault within two days of receiving the item, and our team will work towards offering a suitable solution. The merchandise must be unworn, with all original labels, including shoe boxes and packaging, undamaged.
