We want you to be happy with your products, but if you decide you would prefer to return something, please follow the instructions below:
Fill out the returns form included in your package. (Download Returns Form)
Send it back to us within seven days of your delivery via a tracked service. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging.
We will let you know once it has come back to us and we will process your credit note.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Products must be sent back to Cazinc The Label post-dated within seven days. If products are sent after seven days, a credit will be issued rather than a refund, at our discretion. Please ensure that all products are new, unused and returned in original packaging. Cazinc The Label is not responsible for any costs in returning the products, this includes any customs or import fees. Once products have been quality checked, refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Refunds should show on your account in 7-10 working days. Please note that all postage costs and import fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for any packages lost in transit. If the package received is damaged, we will contact you directly so you can take the appropriate action with your shipping company.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your bank company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only full priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. We recommend requesting a refund and returning the unwanted item, then repurchasing the item in the correct size/colour.
