We hope you are pleased with your purchase. If for some reason a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days from receiving the purchase
Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging, with original labels. We suggest you keep all packaging until you have made your final decision to purchase. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or a refund unless faulty.
Returned items must be in a new and unused/unworn condition in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return and a refund if the goods are deemed to have been used or damaged or if the original packaging has been damaged.
How to return merchandise?
Email one of our friendly customer service team: firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a your returns authorisation number.
Download and fill out the returns form. (Download Returns Form)
Send items to us via a tracked service. As you are returning the item, it is your responsibility to collect and maintain the tracking number for the returned item/s.
We will let you know via email once item/s have been received with your refund for full price items, or store credit for sale items.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your merchandise.
With shipping, please keep your tracking number to follow the parcel delivery. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please follow your tracking.
Products must be sent back to Cazinc The Label post-dated within 10 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that all products are new, unused and returned in original packaging. Cazinc The Label is not responsible for any costs in returning the products, this includes any customs or import fees. Once products have been quality checked and approved, refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Refunds should show on your account in 7-10 working days.
Please note that all postage costs and import fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for any packages lost in transit. If the package received is damaged, we will contact you directly so you can take the appropriate action with your shipping company.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your bank or online company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items are not eligible for returns or a refund.
Be very careful with your selection from the sale items as there is no refunds.
We are unable to offer a refund for change of mind on sale purchases, however you may request an online credit note to exchange a size. If your requested size isn't available, we can't offer a credit note, so please select carefully.
We do not offer exchanges. Post the item/s to address above for a refund, then repurchase the item in the correct size/colour.
Before returning item, email firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the fault within 2 days of receiving the item.
Please Note: Earrings will not be refunded or issued for an exchange due to hygiene/sanitary precautions and standards.
