How does it work?
Use the Try Before You Buy button when adding items to your cart. You can select up to 3 items.
We'll deliver your selected items to your doorstep.
Enjoy a 3 day trial period to experience the fit and feel in the comfort of your home.
Keep the pieces you love and return the rest. We'll only charge you for the items you decide to keep.
Post your returns within 3 days of completing the order.
Australia Returns: If you need to return anything, we'll send you a prepaid return label to download. If you return all items from the order, a $20 return shipping fee will be applied.
International Returns: We will provide you with our address upon your request and ask that you arrange your own return label at your expense.
Frequently Asked Questions
When you use the TBYB service, you will be asked to provide payment details at checkout. We will then authorize your credit card for the order amount to ensure the payment method is valid. This is not a charge, and no funds will be taken from your account at this stage. The authorization simply holds the potential total cost of the order until you decide which items you want to keep. The charge will appear as pending in your account, but not paid.
You will only be charged for the items you choose to keep after finalising your order through the Customer Portal.
This service is currently available in Australia, NZ, US & UK. It is available on our full priced clothing only - no sale items or accessories.
Try Before You Buy orders must be completed in theTry with Mirra Customer Portal. You will be able to confirm which items you wish to purchase, and request a return if needed.
