Stunning colour

Thrilled to get my order ….looks just lovely on too

Initially I thought I had an issue with threads on the cardigan unraveling …I was all ready to send back but decided to call and got a very friendly voice on the other end of the phone ….it was Caz. She asked me to pull the threads more than what I had and they were actually ‘locked’ off which saved a trip to the Post Office and having to re order ! Problem solved very easily! Having been in customer service the better part of my life as a Flight Attendant it’s great to see some people still pride themselves on it , CS and it’s what definitely makes me want to go back to a company, restaurant whatever business it may be ……Caz is the epitome of customer service …..thank you!!!

Re the cardigan it was a 16 and fits well :-)
