Lovely pants & unexpectedly great customer service
These pants are lovely, fit well, and the quality feels excellent. But what I want to review here is the customer service. Just exceptional. Firstly, I made contact via email for sizing advice. This was answered within a day and was very helpful. The size I then received was not the size I had ordered and upon calling to arrange the correct size, I was surprised to speak directly with Caz. She arranged to send me the correct size straight away (with a return satchel, postage paid) prior to me returning the incorrect item. When I clarified this, she stated that she trusts her clients, despite this being my first purchase from her store. I can't recall that ever happening in my long history of online shopping! The correct item arrived the next day. Thank you for making this experience so easy and pleasant. If I could give you more stars for customer service, I would!
